Magnesitas Navarras is one of the world’s leading companies as a vertically integrated producer of magnesium oxide (MgO) based solutions and materials for the steelmaking, agriculture & livestock and environmental sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At present, magnesium is employed in numerous applications such as agriculture and cattle farming (to improve the quality of the soil and to strengthen the defence mechanisms of livestock), environmental protection and in the steel industry.<\/p>\n

As a mining and industrial company, Magnesitas Navarras is dedicated to the extraction and processing of magnesite at its quarries in Spain. This Navarra-based company boasts an extensive history which stretches back 73 years. Since 1945, Magna has been exploiting the magnesium deposit in the district of Eugi (one of the largest in Europe), through a number of mining exploitation concessions granted in the area of Quinto Real. The company also has a factory in Zubiri (Navarra) and another deposit in Borobia (Soria), exploited by Magnesitas Sorianas (MAGSOR).<\/p>\n

The company, which is part of the Groupe Roullier multinational, is extremely export-oriented, with its products present in more than 60 countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n
